GUACAMOLE
The word guacamole comes from the nahuatl Ahuacamoli, which is composed of the words Ahuacatl or aguacate and Molli, which means mole or sauce. Legend is told that Quetzalcoatl offered guacamole’s recipe to his villagers and then it extended throughout Central America. Without a doubt it’s a meal worthy of the Gods themselves! Below, we share our gourmet recipe for guacamole so you can enjoy AvoGrand pulp, ready to use. GUACAMOLE.
Ingredients
2 cups of AvoGrand avocado pulp.
1 finely chopped tomato.
¼ of finely chopped purple onion.
1 finely chopped arbol pepper or other of your preference.
2 spoonfuls of finely chopped cilantro.
1 pinch of salt.
1 pinch of pepper.
1 finely chopped clove of garlic.
Olive oil to your liking.
Preparation
Open your AvoGrand pulp packing and place the quantity you need in a pan.
Fill the pan with the onion, tomato, arbol pepper, garlic and cilantro, blend until you have a uniform consistency.
Add salt, pepper and olive oil to your liking. Incorporate uniformly and accompany with tortilla chips, toast or crackers.
