Avocado, as we have learned with all of our recipes, can be used in a lot of forms, from sweets to salty food or drinks. For this drink in particular we’ll take avocado to a whole new level into something tha can give you a “weekend experience” with this avocado cocktail. It’s an extremely easy recipe, you should prepare in 5 minutes at most, and the best part of it it's that you won’t regret trying it!
Ingredients
1 & ½ ounces of cucumber vodka.
¼ ounce of agave nectar.
¼ of Epsilon Integra Trade avocado made puree.
Lemon juice.
Ice.
Soda water.
1 Lemon.
Preparation
First of all, mix the agave, vodka, avocado puree and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with some ice in it.
Shake the mix and pour it into a glass filled with ice.
Finish with a splash of soda water and decorate with a lemon wedge.
